Empowering Distributors — Business Accelerator Program
Challenge: A leading brand’s distributor network in the chemical industry lacked strategic direction and consistency regarding next steps in an emerging market.
Approach: I collaborated with the distributor network and cross-functional teams to uncover key blockers and growth opportunities. After conducting interviews and gathering insights, we co-created and facilitated a multi-day workshop to align teams and develop a business accelerator concept.
Outcome: The accelerator program included:
- A training track for sales and leadership
- A PRM system to enhance collaboration
- A community & networking program
- An incentive model to drive engagement and growth
- Entry criteria, KPIs, and a clear growth plan.
The business case and pitch deck helped secure internal buy-in, and early feedback from pilot distributors was highly positive — setting the stage for rollout.
